Refunds & Returns
Jack Mitchell is not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. But you can choose a refund or exchange if an items has a major problem. This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample of description provided
- does not do what we said it would, or what you asked for and cannot be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep this item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If you still wish to return an item to Jack Mitchell for a store credit or refund due to having a major problem, please notify us via email at , provide your proof of purchase (email receipt) and return the product within 10 days of receiving your goods, quoting your full name, shipping address, order number and the reason for your request to return the goods. We will only accept the return of goods and provide a Store Credit or refund if the item is in its original condition, has its original packaging in place and proof of purchase/payment receipt can be presented.
Once we have received your returned goods, we will notify you via email and advise you of your Store Credit or refund entitlement. Please note, we are unable to credit the original shipping costs unless the item was found to be faulty or the wrong item sent. The cost of returning the item to us will be at the expense of the customer unless the item was found to have a major problem, the item is faulty or was the wrong item sent. In this case, we will require evidence by way of a photo of the product emailed to us before a refund or Store Credit is arranged. We put all our efforts into checking every item before despatch and we use high quality packing materials to ensure the safe arrival of your purchased item.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item for any reason, send us an email at with your full name, shipping address, order number and the reason for your exchange. Please title the email 'EXCHANGE.'
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, and in the same condition that you received it. A Jack Mitchell staff member will assist you shortly after your email to work out a suitable resolution for your inquiry. Note that an exchange is not a given and will be decided on a case by case basis. If you do get approved for an exchange, you will be responsible for returning the item at your own expense.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned or exchanged as above, unfortunately, sale items or clearance items cannot be returned or refunded. All sale items are final sale.
